How to play in this spot?

I obv want to counter his high rai cbet but I cannot just calldown since I rly don't want to see another heart, overcard or any card that connect this flop even more.

But with this line I can get comfertabely bluffed with somekind of combo draw.

I would just fold this flop with queens and fight back with something else. QQ must be close to the nut low hand to bluff with here, since you're still folding to a ship and you block none of his valuecombos. If we want to fight back at least choose something with hearts in our hand, or hands like K4 where we at least have a gutshot!

But balance aside, I would still fold this flop most of the time. We don't need to fight back as much as you think here, especially when he makes it such a big sizing. He has to be really going very very crazy in order for this to be a good play. A better adjustment would be to starat checking back your medium strength, and only cbet hands you feel comfortable fighting back or snap-folding vs a check/raise with.
