      Hi.

      You should base your decision on various factors. When deciding on whether to go for value or not, just think about whether you have value (your hand has >50% equity vs his calling range).

      if he min-raises with only the nuts like QQ+, why would you want to 3bet him just because he min-raised.

      I agree that people who min-raise usually do it with a wider range of hands. However, that is not always the case. Wait for a larger sample size before deciding on whether you have value with TT here.

      Flop: This can potentially be a call vs someone who opens wide, even with 2 overcards. Someone who just cbets his entire range like 22/33/99 will probably cbet once and give up, allowing us to win the showdown.
