Hand converted with online hand converter:

      $0.1/$0.25 No-Limit Hold'em (6 handed)

      Known players:
      BB (Hero):

Preflop: Hero is BB with T, T.
      MP2 raises to $0.50, 4 folds, Hero calls $0.25.

      Flop: ($1.1) 7, Q, J (2 players)
Hero checks, MP2 bets $0.75, Hero folds, MP2 gets uncalled bet back.

      Final Pot: $1.1.

You should base your decision on various factors. When deciding on whether to go for value or not, just think about whether you have value (your hand has >50% equity vs his calling range).

if he min-raises with only the nuts like QQ+, why would you want to 3bet him just because he min-raised.

I agree that people who min-raise usually do it with a wider range of hands. However, that is not always the case. Wait for a larger sample size before deciding on whether you have value with TT here.

Flop: This can potentially be a call vs someone who opens wide, even with 2 overcards. Someone who just cbets his entire range like 22/33/99 will probably cbet once and give up, allowing us to win the showdown.
