MP is a LAGy bad ME who dosent play 100BB strategy, as I have said previously I think that when players make this overraise Pre I think its likely they have a hand like Js and AK maybe even AQs to try and protect them for some reason, so I think 3Bet/Get it in is correct?

I think you answer your own question here. Villain's range is JJ+, AK. Maybe AQ. Maybe not. Let's give him the 4combos of AQs.

      Villain 57.18% 42.45% 14.74% JJ+, AQs+, AKo
      Hero 42.82% 28.08% 14.74% AhKc

A better option might be to fold pre-flop.

If you felt playing at an equity disadvantage with position may still be profitable, flat call.

With the range you suggested 3bet/get-it-in is a poor choice, also needlessly high variance.

I assume you mean just Fold pre without 3Betting since I dont think we can 3Bet that much then fold, correct?

Yeah, there are spots at micros where it is perfectly ok to fold AKo preflop.

Even if it's marginally profitable to call preflop, you save yourself a lot of swings by folding pf and waiting for spots with a higher expected value.
