BTN is TAGy over 200 hands, I think I missed value on the River by not Betting, I think I can still play Bet/Fold to get Value from Tx hands?

Table is quite scary, and opponent's af seems to be rather high. Going for ch/call on river might be better than bet/fold, as villain seems quite aggressive and might sometimes try to take you off the pot with TP or some overcards that he flouted with.

      Hey BigAl123456,

      Preflop and Flop are fine.

Turn bet is too thin for value. Sometimes your opponent may even fold 2pair here. Sometimes he might call with JT though. I wouldn't usually expect to get a call from Tx though especially not from a TAG. Check and hope to reach showdown.

You did not miss value on the river imo. Maybe this guy even calls with a Tx, but against his range you will be up against 2pair/straights/sets way more often.
