      Hey MeAmor22,

      Preflop is fine.

Flop call is pretty close. I'd probably fold.

Calling is not terrible though. You need 24% equity to make the call, and you have 6 over-card outs.

The down side is you may not see 2 further cards if you fold the turn (in which case you have closer to 12% equity). There is the chance opponent may be doing this with a worse hand, but there is also a chance he has a 6 and you are drawing almost dead. Then again if you hit a T or an A you might be able to extract some value.

In other words flop call is dependent on a lot of variables. I'd probably fold, but calling is not unreasonable.

When you do spike your top pair on the turn you have to at least call. Folding here is a mistake, you now beat a lot of hands. If your opponent has a 6, that is just bad luck. He could have a worse Tx, an 8x, a PP, maybe some random broadways.

As for your question about raising, it depends on the opponent. In a lot of cases you won't get called by worse. Against some opponents there may be value from worse Tx, or gutshots or flush-draws. Raising wouldn't be ridiculous, you would have to fold to a 3bet though.
