      Tight fold. Straight shove here is IMO sets/straights. He just wants you to call this overbet with your TP etc. There's just too big pot coming here with 2p on such a board.

      I would fold this preflop.

      On the flop it is really concerning.
      Overall, I wouldn't mind both folding and calling because one can argue about both of them being right.
      Me personally, I would probably fold here.

      Because of our position and the opponents behind us.

      We have a CO that looks active, so we don't really want to play KTo OOP against him, plus it's likely for more players to join the pot.
      Also SB has a small stack.
