I am not sure how to play AK against midstackers? They usually 3bet PP, and call, almost never fold to shove. So when go all in I am mostly behind, with odds 45%, and considering I pay rake when I win, I think it is -EV overall. But considering that I fold against their 3bet with Aq, AJ, and similar, then it would be very weak to fold AK, it would be also -EV.
I don't see them shoving AJ, AQ.

Your open to 3bb is too large with shortstackers in the blinds. His 3bet to 9bb is also way too large. This prevents you from having too much room in developing a min4bet bluffing range.

Given that he already put in almost 20% of his stack, I think you can just jam or fold most of your range. Calling isn't that great either since the 3bet size is kind of large, though I think it may be fine with stuff like KQs/AJs/AQs.

This is a clear stack off spot, especially when you are up against a 50bb stack. He can definitely stack off with AQ or worse a lot of the time. If he is never stacking off AQ here, it is really easy to abuse him with many 4bets.
