Note: bet big for value flop + turn on a dry flop Bvs.B.

Pre Flop: ($0.75) Hero is SB with J :club: A :club:
1 fold, CO raises to $1.50, 1 fold, Hero calls $1.25, BB calls $1

      Flop: ($4.50) T :club: 4 :club: A  (3 players)
Hero checks, BB checks, CO bets $1.50, Hero calls $1.50, BB folds

      Turn: ($7.50) J :spade: (2 players)
Hero checks, CO bets $1.50, Hero raises to $5.50, CO calls $4

      River: ($18.50) K  (2 players)
Hero checks, CO bets $7.00, Hero folds

On the flop? Is raising better? I`m not sure what this small bet mean, but it`s more likely to be weak 3 way with a fish? So if i raise, i`m not sure if he will call me at all, but he can barrel the turn if i just call?

On the turn i decided to make a small raise, because i want to get value from weak FDs (if he has them?)/weak Ax/KT/QT/QJ/KT/QQ/KK, and there are only 6 bad cards in the deck, that are bad for me. Does this make sence?

      Hi Achilles,

Preflop: how much does villain fold to 3-bet? If he doesn't call a lot to the point of us being able to 3-bet for thin value calling is fine.

Postflop: I think that raise that flop, even if we make it $5 is better. His small bet may look like a thin valuebet but can also be a draw (fd or gutshot). Plus BB will call if he has anything he likes.

As played we should raise bigger on the turn for pure value versus weaker Ax and pairs+draws (our range may look weak as well since we just called the flop).
