      Pre can also be just a flat. I like 3betting but it's not a a must. On the flop though, why do you just call? There are so many bad cards for you.. Any heart, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8 are quite bad for you, plus others aren't good either, they are just not as bad prob. Raise flop most definitely and go from there.
