Villain is pretty aggressive overall and will bluff missed draws, with 2 pairs and sets I'd expect him to 3bet flop or raise turn atleast.

Flop: I don't like checkraising such a weak hand by default, even in HU. Unless you think there's some crazy Flop raising dynamic that will either get him to bluff 3bet the Flop, or bet/call the flop with some AX or 5X/3X hands.

Doing it with stronger kickers would definitely make more sense, like A7/K7, and maybe even Q7, simply because you can expect to gain value from so many worse 7X hands like 78 76 75 74s 73s 72s 79 T7 J7.

Betting the Turn seems to be overplaying as well. He can have some hands like 89 68 79 which are improved by this turn, and I don't think 5X/3X are necessarily going to call the Turn again. So it's even worse of a play compared to the flop c/r.

Remember that you need crazy dynamics for this even if you are playing HU.

As played you would need to c/c the River probably.
