      SB ($4.17) 104bb
      BB ($4.11) 103bb

      Pre-Flop: ($0.06, 5 players) HERO is UTG K:spade: A:diamond:
HERO raises to $0.16, CO calls $0.16, BTN raises to $0.56, 2 folds, HERO?

      BU: 58/58, 3B: 25%, BTN: 33%(3), AF: 1.9, SD: 37, 30h

BU is rather unknown, but active. I think, 4-bet to 1.4 and calling a shove would be OK. Such a villain could even stack off even with AQ/JJ.

Edit: if he would call the 4-bet, c/f the flop with out TP?

      Hey dienaszaglis,

In most spots like this it's fine to fold AK. However this guy looks pretty out of line so folding is not necessarily the best option.

It's useful to open up his stats and look at how often he has been 3betting vs early-position opens, and where he has been 3betting from to get an idea if he is positionally aware. It may be that this is still a fold.

Assuming he doesn't grasp the concept of position, 4betting will be fine. If he flats your 4bet, your actions will depend on the exact flop to an extent. Usually check/calling down will be a decent option since AK will struggle to extract value but is a decent bluff-catcher and presumably ahead of villain's range.
