      I decided to start by ch/c the flop and let him bluff.

      On the turn, i think, betting for value is ok.

      On the river, i thought, i can get some more value from pairs? I don`t think he will turn a pair < K, into a bluff?

      I agree. Villain's range for checking back flop contains a bunch of worse pairs and ace-highs. You could even bet smaller here, like $4.

      I agree that he is unlikely to turn pair into bluff. I wouldn't be surprised to see a slowplayed set. I think your value bet is fine, and I like your sizing.
