He was 3betting once with ATs

Is raise against him ok? He 3bets really wide, and when he cbets K high, either he has AA, or Kx, or nothing strong. So if he has PP or Ax it would be really hard to continue playing OOp.
Most of players in 3bet pots check call with TT, JJ, QQ on this scare card.
So if he calls, I will see turn card, and river for free most likely, and sometimes hit set.

Is it better to float on this float if I assume he has nothing? Still I would have to bet on turn and it would cost me about the same, and I am not sure still if he folds.

      Hi.

Raise could be fine vs some opponent types. But in general it's not a good play. You are mostly repping flush draws or air here when you raise. Why would you ever raise 55/88 on such a dry texture? You would also probably flat KQ/KJ here by default, and you never have AK in your preflop range.

I would probably just fold immediately if he barrels a lot. I don't see how you can get this to showdown when your opponent probably barrels any T/J/Q/A.

      Thanks.
