      That's completely untrue. In fact, a minraise almost always means more strength.

      Minraise on Turn is a set/straight/twopairs 85%+ of the time. 56s got there, and you lose to 33/77/44 as well.

      Shoving is by far the worse play unless you somehow knew he takes this line with semi bluffs and some worse value hands like KQ/AQ.

      Calling is also spew without the read that he is capable of raising the Turn light.
