      i would check in the bb against this player . if i hit a set and he hits something on the board the money are geting in easy . when you raise he will never fold so basicaly you will put your self into an harder situation post flop(unless you dont hit your set).
      always try to keep it simple
      i would go into check/fold mode on this board because he is never folding nothing
