I can't see much worse coming along if I 4B @ Micro's, so Call IP is fine?

As played, is there anything I should have done different?

      Hello,

I prefer 4betting and getting it in preflop.
Considering that he could stack off with worse in BU vs SB plus we have fold equity I think it will be +EV.

As played, I prefer calling the flop. If we raise we are likely to isolate ourselves mostly against better hands.

As played on the flop, I think the turn is fine.

      Best,
      Plamen

If I we're to Call the flop, how would we proceed on the turn (Assuming Villain checks as he did here) I bet around half his stack, surely I cannot check behind?

If we just call the flop and he checks this turn I would definitely bet around 60% of the pot.
