1 fold, CO raises to $0.60, BTN calls $0.60, hero folds, 1 fold

Folded because CO plays rather tight.
Should i squeeze with AJ for value against such a smallstack or just try to hit and then get it in?

I would still squeeze here. It's true that CO is tight, but the range he will continue against a 3bet is probably only TT+, AQs, AK+. So if he opens 15% from CO, that still means he's folding most of the time! And there is lots of value to be gained vs the fish. His range is waay too weak, which means that he'll either fold too much and we'll print money, or he'll call too much and then have to fold lots of flops. So I would make it around 2.8$ here. That leaves the fish with around 6$, and the pot will be around 6$, so we can just shove most flops if he calls.
