      After that he called my big cbet in turn i just think that we would have sets or straight? Should we bet/fold river like 1/2 of the pot?

      Nah, he can definitely have stuff like Qxcc, KJ, KT, or even worse kings! It's also possible he would just raise straights on the turn, or donk the river. So I do think we have a clear valuebet, I would probably bet around 4.5$.
