      On the flop when villain shoved weakness I tried to take the lead, I asume he did it to induce, so gave up, is my play still valid or should I check back, and maybe bet turn if he checks again?

      Hi Resilence,

      Preflop: the call is pretty close (if we were to use the rule of 20) but if we have more fish behind that can also come in it's fine.

      Posflop: I agree with your bet/fold here. Often enough villain will ck/fold or ck/call one street with a pair under Ax or other hands.
