      $50.00 No Limit Hold'em - 6 player

      UTG: $65.15 - VPIP: 22, PFR: 18, 3B: 10, AF: 1.3, Hands: 1115
      MP: $28.35 - VPIP: 34, PFR: 10, 3B: 3, AF: 4.4, Hands: 102
      CO: $69.05 - VPIP: 17, PFR: 10, 3B: 2, AF: 5.4, Hands: 309
      BTN: $68.15 - VPIP: 20, PFR: 17, 3B: 10, AF: 3.3, Hands: 1521
      Hero (SB): $71.10 - VPIP: 25, PFR: 22, 3B: 11, AF: 4.9, Hands: 160473
      BB: $46.90 - VPIP: 23, PFR: 13, 3B: 4, AF: 5.5, Hands: 60

Pre Flop: ($0.75) Hero is SB with A :diamond: K :club:
4 folds, Hero raises to $1.50, BB calls $1

      Flop: ($3.00) 7 :spade: T :spade: K :diamond: (2 players)
Hero bets $2.50, BB calls $2.50

      Turn: ($8.00) 5  (2 players)
Hero bets $6.50, BB calls $6.50

      River: ($21.00) T  (2 players)
Hero checks, BB bets $36.40, Hero calls $36.40

My actual thought process in the game:
Flop: blind battles, he's almost never going to give me a credit for a big hand.
Bet for value and protecion + I'm 3betting over his raise
since in the last big pot he 3betted me and I jamed over his raise.

      Turn: The same as flop.

River: Tx hand kind of beats me now + all the draws miss, so
I'm going for x/c. When he bets so big it's like never a Kx unless it's a KT.
Tx is likely to milk a bet from me, since my range looks so much like a Kx
or missed draw and almost never a Tx.
      (Although I would consider x/r Tx :) )

+ Given the fact that he folded to my bet/3bet JAM on last orbit.

I would be that confident about 3betting flop for value if he's not the first thing that would come to mind when he raises because he'll likely not raise mediocre hands to call down with them so you are relying on him spewing it in which rarely happens. Turn is fine, river I would bet again.. you said he is a non-believer (he bluffed you before, he saw you do aggro move and he folded) so you can confidently vbet and you still represent missed draws. He is never folding Kx imo, doesn't have too many other better hands because sets 3bet pre or raise postflop earlier, same for 2pair so his likely holding that beats you is Tx that didn't make a FH.

As played, you are calling against a bet that gives you horrible odds at pretty bad odds. I would usually fold here because of the awful odds. To me this looks too much like Tx.. even if it's not, he still is 'allowed' to have bluffs given that sizing and pot odds he gives you meaning you don't exploit him if you call and he probably doesn't exploit you since he doesn't know your range too well.. If he shows up with complete garbage here, make a note on bet sizing.
