Villain is playing with stats 16/11/5.9 in 39 hands, but I am sure that at the time the hand was played he didn't have 3bet at all. We also had some history before this hand.

      Party No-Limit Hold'em, $0.10 BB (5 handed) - Party Converter Tool from

      UTG ($19.33)
      SB ($9.75)
      BB ($14.40)
      Hero (MP) ($12.92)
      Button ($4.85)

Preflop: Hero is MP with 3, 3
1 fold, Hero bets $0.30, 2 folds, BB raises $0.90, Hero calls $0.70

      Flop: ($2.05) A, Q, 3 (2 players)
BB bets $1.40, Hero calls $1.40

      Turn: ($4.85) 8 (2 players)
      BB bets $3.20, Hero raises $10.52 (All-In)

Preflop I call since we are a bit deeper than 100bbs. On the turn I thought that he could call my shove with AK and AQ. I tested that on equilab and I assigned him a range: AA,QQ,AQs+,AQo+. Against that range i have 75.25% equity. What do you think?

Preflop I prefer folding against the 3bet.

As played, I don't mind calling the flop.

On the turn I think we can call as well. If we shove we risk to make him fold AK, so I'd rather call here and call the river as well.

TBH, I don't think that anyone at NL10 is folding AK on the turn.

Agree with kyumpa here. Pot is already so huge, and it's not really wet. Why are you shoving here? If he has AK, he shoves on the River anyway. We are not afraid of any card in the deck. We are in position as well.

      If he shoves, we call.
      If he checks, we shove.

Even if the spade hits, I don't think it's a huge issue. He is a nit preflop so how often will he actually have any suited hand? I doubt he 3bets KsJs or KsTs preflop, or at least he has very limited combinations of flushes if the spade hits.
