I've seen him 3bet before 2 times, they were smaller considerably. That is why I'm a bit scared here. Call, and go broke on A-K-high flop? We are 200bb deep, can I go broke preflop here? Ah, dunno what to doo

      Hi Imimba,

Preflop: I dislike calling here and playing OOP with a hand that rarely flops, especially when we play deep here.

And we can't really 4-bet go broke 200 BB deep from these positions.

So folding seems to be the best play.

How big factor is my read here? (he 3betted smaller before)

I don't think we can use that read without seeing a showdown. It could be either way.

We also have to look if his 3-bets were 100bb deep or more. And just write down his sizes and we''ll look for a showdown.

Without heavy reads, is folding AK really the most EV play here?

I mean, as you have said, bet sizing doesnt tell too much, and he doesnt look like a tight 3bettor. We could at least 4b/fold with our 2 blockers, couldnt we?

4-bet bluff still has to work 65%+ which is quite a bit. You we will also most likely get called by some premiums that don't go broke 200 BB deep and then we play OOP (but with initiative) so we run the risk of spewing even more.

Folding is 0 EV and I think that with the info that we have the other options are - EV.
