      Hi.

      1) I see no reason why you should assume he has a wide bluffing c/r range. I think he is usually strong here.

      2) I think that you should just 4bet prerflop. Even though this guy is kind of fishy, I would assume that in these starting positions, his 3bet range is wide enough for us to 4bet for value and play for stacks.
