Is iso raise and size ok against so big fish?
I assume flop is value raise even with so weak kicker, and I never expect him to fold. Turn standard fish line, I am not sure if it is better to call and let him bluff river and shove, or raise turn shove river?
Would shove on river as overbet be fine against fish with Q high flush? He could call with 2 pairs, set, straight, weaker flush.

      Hi mlatasrb,

Preflop: With position and these stack sizes the isolation is perfectly fine.

Postflop: Flop looks fine and on the turn I wouldn't slow play. His bet is rarely a bluff but rather a block bet or inducer bet. So I like raising small and betting river (or shoving).
