      Is is ok to cbet here? I don't think he would put me on a J, so that leaves me representing overpairs. Maybe bigger cbet? After he called and another J came I just gave up.

      Preflop: looks fine

      Postflop: I agree with a cbet there. We have the best hand often and even worse calls. We shouldn't expect a short fish to fold a pair above 6x there even though we could represent a Jx.
