on the flop when he donks so small i put him on weak 9x some worst pairs , or drwas so i raise him for value + protect my hand ( It would have been better to just call and reevaluate on the turn ? )

turn again i try to protect against draws.

river after i get called twice i just give up . What u think overall ?

Flop: Do you think you can raise for value here? Are you sure that you are a favourite vs his donk/calling range? If not, calling would be a much better play than raising.

I think he has enough 9X in his flop donking range, to make this a call. I don't think you can go for multiple streets of value anyway so I see no reason to raise Flop check Turn. You might as well call Flop and then call Turn again.

Turn: He doesn't call 2X and 5X now. He only calls with 9X and flush draws. I don't think you have any value here. I will definitely check back.

River: No reason to bet. If I checked the Turn, I would call a river bet to bluff catch vs busted draws.

The problem here with raise is that there's way too loose players on NL2 that will call till' the end. So if you raise, you would have to bet 3str big to make him fold. Not gonna happen, so I'd call here and re-evaluate.
