      Hi.

Think about his likely range, and how the board ran out.

Then think about how large you should bet the River (or whether you should even consider a check/raise).

      Thanks.

KK ,QQ are most likely , if he had AA,AK,AQ,AJ,I think he would bet on the turn.
so maybe 5~8 $ was better cuz dont want to make KK,QQ fold?

      Hello,
I think what mbml means is that he is never folding JJ-KK after checking back the turn. When he cbh the turn hes hand become somehow faced up. A fair % of the time he is checking back to pay the river so you can bet bigger somethin g like 3/4 or so. There are missed flush draws in your range he will bluffcatch them. c/r may be good also. The more he bets thin the better the play would be imo.

Yes LockONNN explained what I wanted to say pretty well. With a check/raise, we can represent TX being turned into a bluff to fold out his KK/QQ. But it's only good if he value bets thinly vs your TX hands.

If he is more passive, then I would bet closer to pot. I don't expect him to fold when all the straight draws and the flush draws missed.
