BU is playing with stats 28/25/2.6, raise from the button 64% and fold to 3bet 75% in 119 hands.
BB is a very aggro bad player and is playing with stats 57/29/33 in 20 hands.

      BB ($10.80)
      UTG ($10.48)
      CO ($8.49)
      BTN ($10.67)

      Dealt to Hero Q:club: T:club:

fold, fold, BTN raises to $0.30, Hero calls $0.25, BB calls $0.20

      FLOP ($0.90) J:club: 3:heart: A:club:

Hero checks, BB bets $0.86, BTN folds, Hero calls $0.86

      TURN ($2.62) J:club: 3:heart: A:club: 2:spade:

Hero checks, BB bets $2.49, Hero folds

Do you think I should have 3bet here? Also, should I have raise on the flop to get it in? I think that the way I played it was a too passive.

You can just 3bet preflop. SB is a bad position to call from. I suppose calling here may be fine if we want to let the bad BB into the hand. We always want to play more pots vs the bad players.

As played I don't see how you can fold the Turn. You get enough pot odds to call and draw to your 12 outer.

I think you should c/r the Flop and shove the Turn though.
