      Pre-Flop: ($0.75, 6 players) Hero is BB T: T:
3 folds, BTN raises to $1.25, 1 fold, Hero raises to $4, BTN calls $2.75

      Flop: :4c: :7d: :6h: ($7, 2 players)
Hero bets $4, BTN raises to $10, Hero calls $6

      Turn: K: ($23, 2 players)
Hero checks, BTN bets $13, $13 to Hero ($129.12)?

I don't know how should I play this vs an unknown regular. I didn't really had a plan with a call. I didn't know what turn cards can I call or not. Probably fold on the flop?

I would usually think that once you 3bet for value preflop that is a reasonably flop to stack off on OOP. Ofc, it depends a lot on his raising range but you actually have no certain idea plus if you call you cannot play any turn well because there is no good turn for your hand. It's either good enough to get in on the flop or it's a flop fold imo.
