      If we were to take the flop situation in isolation, villain's raise size looks decent and he could easily be bluffing/semi-bluffing.

      Given that villain limped pre-flop however, we know that he isn't a reg and is much more likely to be the passive type who is only raising this flop for value. Bet/fold flop is fine here - You will be up against 2pair + a lot imo.
