Openraiser is 17/15 on 66 hands
Cold caller is 27/9 on 11 hands

Good spot to squeeze? Good spot to Cbet?

Note that PT does not take rake into account for the pot...

      Hello,

I think this is a good spot to squeeze here. We can't really call this and we have blockers against MP's top range so I would attack the dead money as well.

So without too much information we have to plan the hand right on the flop - usually I don't expect too much fold equity against PPs on this board and I'm not sure how much he calls hands like KQ against the squeeze.
If we go for a bet here, I would consider barreling again on most of the turn cards - except 9/T/J.
Also, I don't like your sizing - it is way too big - just make it around 13bb and around 1/2 pot on the turn.

      Best,
      Plamen
