      Hi Vengeance,

      Preflop: with fish in the blinds I would open 3x in the CO especially if BTN is more active.

      Postflop: I wouldn't be able to fold that river there.

      Villain can easily have a hand like K2/K4/etc that is block betting the river, or even a hand like AQ. We need around 22-23% equity here to make the call and I think we have it.

      So I would just call his bet (and we can see that he is also not very passive).
