I raise him, because his high fcb, and if I hit nuts I can get more money because he is fish.
Is bet on turn ok for free showdown? He doesnt have always 77, but more often 9x, 8x, overcards, fd, or air because he is fish.

      Hey,

Turn bet is fine but main reason remains value... plenty of pairs + draws still in his range although indeed he has 7x sometimes but vs that you put in more money anyway if you check and call rivers plus you don't let him draw for free. Being BvB he is likely to call quite a bit more than 7x plus better than 65 that are not 7x on the turn would have check/raised the flop imo.
