I think x on R was a bad play. Ok FD, str8 hit but he will bet all worse hands and he will waite all better hands. And I think even on 9c I should shove R

as played river was super easy call

      Hi.

I think your options here are to c/r Flop or c/c Flop c/r Turn. I prefer option 2, because we just block so many of his top pairs which can bet/call the Flop. We want to allow him to semi-bluff Turn with many of his hands and then go for value later on.

      Thanks.

Wait I'm kind of confused. Did you edit the hand? I remember looking at this hand history earlier on and I did comment about it already.

Seems like there's really a big problem with your copy/paste. Maybe you might want to use Cut instead of Copy, so you know whether the hand is properly selected.

      Let me re-evaluate this hand.

We know he's a fish, and while he can have many flush draws here on the River, I feel like he can call down with some worse hands like 8X/TT/JJ still.

I would bet 70 or 75 cents on the Turn, and jam the River, hoping to get a herocall. I don't really think there's too much room for bet/fold, given how little money is left behind if we do bet $1.

River is actually very nasty card and hits that rather fishy guys range too well. Is he passive post-flop or aggressive?

Against a passive player I'd go ch/f, unless the bet is super-small (although it might be a value bet, too..)

Forgot to mention one more thing. This spot is dependent on his WTSd. If it's 35%+ I think this is much more of a shove. If it's <30%, maybe you can bet/fold small (40% pot on the River and fold to a raise) or even check/fold.
