What were your plans on the Flop? I don't necessarily think that this dryish Flop is one where people just check/fold too often. He should c/c AK AQ sometimes, and thus I feel like you should have a good Turn and River plan.

I am fine with stabbing, when we have the King of spades. My plan would be to barrel off if the spade comes on the Turn, or if I turn some draw with the 9 or J. I won't bluff the Ace, cos I think he has AX here some of the time after taking this bluff catching line.

Should we barrel the Turn on a complete brick? I think it seems like a not-so-good idea. Not betting the 3 or 4 too, since it gives AK/AQ more incentive to call again. Unless you want to bet those Turns and shove any non 3/4/A river.
