      unk fish I shouldn't cbet vs him becasue he won't fold a lot and board is pretty connected

      Board is in fact pretty dry and monotone and he does not hit often. But because of his low fold to cbet and you have a top pair which is a value hand you should bet for value on the flop and turn.

      I'm not sure what he's doing a check raise with on the turn probably some kind of a diamond draw plus pair or worse top pair and some times 2p so I think you can call it off. If he was deeper however this would be a fold because usually the check raise on the turn is for value.
