      Results follow:

      CO shows a straight, eight high(6 7).
Hero shows two pairs, queens and eights(Q Q).

CO wins with a straight, eight high(6 7).

Hands like this happens all the time, its either KK or QQ and i get owned on the river. I dont have the balls to bet on the flop and turn. Should i try to raise for information? How many times am i ahead here?

      Hey defrailer,

      QQ

      Preflop is fine.

Flop cbet for value is fine.

Normally I'd bet again for value on turn unless villain had a low Ftcbet flop, in which case I don't mind checking as a trap to catch floats.

As played your only options on the river are check/call or check/fold. Raising is a poor option. Villain is not calling with worse here.

      AJ

3bet for value is ok if BU has a low Ft3bet and a wide ATS stat. If he doesn't, the best option may be to flat. Vs his 4bet you should probably just fold.

As played you can't really fold the flop, but the situation sucks because of your preflop call.

Turn is probably a check/fold. You are hardly ever getting called by worse when you check/raise here, and I don't think it's a good spot for a bluff.
