      Im going to assume the nit is rly tight here. Whats his wtsd?

      Anyway i think u can bet even smaller for value. Your 45% pot bet still makes him fold a lot. I would prefer ur betsize vs a fish.

      26% is a little on the high side but it's relative to preflop ranges and I think that's because he has such a strong preflop range that he is just able to get to the showdown so much more often.

      I think he just calls a lot more often vs a 1/3 pot bet.
