      i think you can still bet/fold the turn because you're not necessarily beat (his 2 most likely hands are 7x and 3x, so you're still beating 7x and will probably get paid of by it), and you're hand still needs protection. Depending on your read you probably need to fold the river though.

      I'm almost certain that river is a fold. Can't see why I am not beat here.

      i would bet/fold the turn and check/ fold river .
      i dont think he is turning a worser hand into a bluff . i think he will check behind all weaker hands and bet just beter
