      Hero (SB): 623.8 BB
      BB: 48.35 BB
      CO: 197.7 BB
      BTN: 100.5 BB

Hero posts SB 0.5 BB, BB posts BB 1 BB

Pre Flop: (pot: 1.5 BB) Hero has Q:club: A:club:

fold, BTN raises to 2 BB, Hero raises to 7 BB, fold, BTN raises to 16 BB, Hero raises to 623.8 BB and is all-in, BTN calls 84.5 BB

      Flop: (202 BB, 2 players) K:spade: Q:spade: 9:spade:

      Turn: (202 BB, 2 players) 4:heart:

      River: (202 BB, 2 players) 6:club:

Hero shows Q:club: A:club: (One Pair, Queens) (Pre 46%, Flop 48%, Turn 68%)
BTN shows J:club: J:spade: (One Pair, Jacks) (Pre 54%, Flop 52%, Turn 32%)
      Hero wins 192 BB

      1.5k hands 29/25 3bet 8, 4bet 22%, attempt to steal 60% from BU, fold to 3bet 75.

I am not sure if my shove is ok here? he has so wide range from BU, which makes him unlikely to have premiums, besides that he 4bets so frequent. So I shove, and expect him to fold often enough, and I have 30% equity against his calling range.

You should have >30% equity vs his calling range but not a lot more. Anyway, shoving is a bit of an overbet against a 16bb 4bet imo. You can probably create a 5bet/fold range in this situation and also think about calling 4bets if he is wide enough that you have good equity vs his 4bet range.
