Villain is 12/9 on 40 hands, I try a 3bet bluf against his BU open. Better to fold?

As played, what to do on the flop on his minraise?

      Hi.

Flop: Our hand is really strong, we are OOP and I see absolutely no point in calling. Question is whether to shove or 3bet small. I don't think he is raise/folding too often so I don't mind just jamming. But Perhaps you can make it 35BB and hope he calls or jams over with a worse flush draw. We can shove all turns regardless of the turn card.

Preflop: I think the 3bet is fine. I would assume he is opening at least 25% of hands here from the BU even though he looks nitty.

      Thanks.
