      villains is an aggro fish

dont really wanna flat his 3b oop, so i turn it into a bluff with my blockers and he calls, which kinda narrows his range to mostly AK, QQ, JJ and sometimes AA

flop i check for some pot control cause im mostly behind to AK/AA part of range and i dont think i can ever get more than 1 street from JJ-QQ

when he c's back im almost sure he has an underpair, so im planning to get 2 small streets from those hands + maybe some spazzes vs my sizing

didnt really like his river jam, mostly cause i dont think fish are capable of turning underpairs into bluffs here but i think AK/AA bet the flop and there is only 1 combo of KK which i doubt he slowplays pre

is c/f river the best option here since JJ/QQ are probbaly gonna check back and i still might be wrong excluding AK from his range some times?

If you´re comfortable 4-bet/folding KQ then I would rather make it 4.4$ to insure bigger fold equity pre-flop.
I would likely have played similary postflop. I would not b/f top pair in 4-bet pot, so either taking c/c flop, c/rai turn or check flop, bet turn, bet river is both fine. I don´t like river check, since he would very likely call you down with worse hands and you just loose too much value

      best regards,
