      I guess he had AQ, AK regarding the bet on river, i didn`t believe in float with TJ. what about PF? is calling fine?

      Preflop I prefer calling but sometimes you can 3bet depending on how wide he actually calls you here.

      Postflop, I get you raising his cbet but why so small? It's a board that if he ever continues on he will have decent equity. I would raise slightly bigger and shove turn. The stacks were not 100bb deep anyway.
