I thought his main range was Qx on turn.
if so, should I fold river?

There's no more value on the River in my opinion. His Turn range contains many QX hands that are willing to bluff catch a 2nd street cos your perceived turn betting range is really wide and contains many semibluffs like JT/spades/hearts and maybe even some gutshots like AT AJ.

So I think it's a clear check. And Since both flush draws and JT missed, and we are close to the top of our range, we have an easy c/c.
