      Preflop: why are we raising so small OOP vs limper? Make it 5 or 6 BB there at least

      Postflop: As played bet flop larger and turn bet/fold is fine versus a passive fish despite having the redraw to the second nut flush draw.

      Does fish have Qx in this spot ever?
