      Given the Flop texture and starting positions and tightness of villain, I'd say that this is a clear c/f.

      1) Villain is tight, his range is highly weighted towards pocketpairs and AX esp given that he called you in MP vs your UTG open
      2) He doesn't necessariy turn pocketpairs like 88 into a bluff on the Turn, I'd expect him to check back mostly
      3) No one ever folds AX on this paired dry Flop

      He folds to cbet only 3 out of 9 times, but that isn't all that relevant when his range doesn't contain suited connectors and KQo/AJo in my opinion.
