      Hello coach and viewers!

Well this hand was a complete trainwreck.

In retrospect I should have checked the turn. He could already have a set or pocket fives. I was putting him on Ax suited and thought I still had to protect against the SD however. Also I didn’t pay attention to his stack enough so ended up in a strange situation with the villain only having 27c left. I definitely should have checked there but I was steaming already.

      Thanks,
      Draak G

      Hey DraakG,

      Preflop iso-raise is fine.

Smaller bet may work better on the flop to help villain call wide. Usually he hasn't hit this flop.

Turn you should probably check back. Even if you have the best hand you probably won't get called with worse on 4-to-straight very often. There is not any need to protect vs Ax straight draws because any 5 gives you both the 2-6 straight.

I guess river is a check back, you are beat too often for a value bet to be profitable.
