      I thought I could bet turn because there was many marginal hand and I had equity.

      This flop does not hit his Broadway heavy range so I think check raise is fine to take him off his hand but I also don't mind check calling to get the CO in for better implied odds.

      When he calls on the flop your check raise I think he usually has a hand like the 9 or overpair or some made hand he is not giving up since he folds so much to check raises.

      My plan on the turn is to check and call a small bet to draw for my flush and fold to large bets since I know I'm behind and drawing
