Bet more turn if you think that yo have value in it.

On river I can't see in his range QJ so he doesn't have it. All I can see is : AA/KK and 66 so vs nitty guy I would just bet 0.2/fold to raise since he is nitty and I dont expect from him to do any crazy moves

Preflop: Definitely calling here. I would still setmine with all pocketpairs but I'm folding AQ vs this nit. What's your sample size btw?

Flop: I think calling is fine

Turn: I am betting 33 cents here for pure value. Hope he has AQ and will call us on the Turn and River

River: Well we now lose to QJ but I don't see that in his range too often - He probably doesn't open QJs too often from UTG and he probably doesn't c/c the Turn. Does he rep TT? I think he should c/f TT on the Turn really often. Only hand which makes sense is ATs, which he may/may not open from UTG.

Or maybe he c/c the Turn with 89s which is an open-ender but remember that he's tight.

In short, I think he's mostly repping
      AA (1 combo)
89s (4 combos) - but needs to be discounted
ATs (2 combos) - needs to be discounted

I think we have to call here. It's close though.

      Pot odds: 1.27/4.58 = 27.7%

Our equity is probably between 25-30%.

      Seat 4: Player4 ( $2.29 USD ) - VPIP: 10, PFR: 8, 3B: 0, AF: 0.7, Hands: 49
      Seat 6: Hero ( $3.74 USD )

      49 hands.

Well, it might be KK as well? Basically if I were holding on to a set, I would prolly play the same way as he does. The only hand I see beating him is prolly QQ and AK (same hand) with his strength. I will lose to those you've listed too, that's why i've decided to fold =x
