      since his range is pretty much 99, AQhh, maybe AJhh, JThh, QJhh, QThh and maybe AK??

      Hi.

      Preflop: I may prefer flatting here. I just think he folds a really huge part of his range vs a 3bet. You might want to look at his positional fold to 3B stat from UTG.

      Flop: If we are very sure he is raising and stacking off mostly with lower sets and flush draws then it certainly makes more sense to stack off. I think stacking off is fine. I really don't expect this nit to screw around with us on a KXX board when we 3bet vs his UTG range and can have so many combos of AK.

      Your play isn't too bad either, though it would be disastrous if he checks back the Turn. Probably prefer 3betting Flop since we are OOP, and we could call if we were IP.
